License Policy

Once you finished the order and paid for TunesKit, you will receive the keycode for TunesKit ASAP. Generally speaking, the order confirmation email and keycode email will be sent to your inbox within minites after your order. But sometimes it will be rejected by your email and showed in the spam. So if you don't receive the keycode in time, you can check the spam email as well. You can also retrieve the license code here by yourself or contact our support team for help: [email protected]

All our licenses for TunesKit multimedia or iOS products are life-time use on the specified platform, which means you can upgrade TunesKit software for free in future, no matter what changes made in the update. If you want to switch the license code from Windows to Mac computer or vice versa, you can contact our support team to do it for free within one week after you make the purchase. Otherwise, you have to buy a new license key for your computer.

Refund Policy

To better fulfill the users' requirements, we provide trial version for all TunesKit programs. So you can try it before buy and make sure if the product can compatible with your computer.

• A refund request based on the complaint that your lost data cannot be recovered completely. No software in the market can guarantee 100% recovery of lost or deleted data because such data can be easily overwritten or damaged. We strongly recommend you to use the trial version before purchasing.
• A refund request based on the complaint that your iOS device cannot be fixed completely. There are many reasons that may lead to the repair failure of your device especially when it has a hardware issue. In this case, we understand your emotions and decide to refund half of the money to you.
• A refund request for no reason.

Accepted Circumstances
• You purchased a wrong product, and then purchased the right product from TunesKit within 30 days. We can refund you for the wrong product.
• You've been double charged due to the system problem of the third party payment platform.
• The product has fatal technical problems, and our technical support team failed to provide a fix or work-around within one month.
