There's no such feature to filter downloaded songs on the desktop Spotify app, but you can go to Offline Mode to view all your downloaded songs.

To enable Offline Mode:

1. Open Spotify desktop app, click the three dots on the upper left corner.

2. Hover your mouse on File and click Offline Mode in the drop-down list.

Where are downloaded Spotify songs stored?

When you download songs on Spotify, the downloaded files will be stored on your device. To view these files, you'll have to go to a specific folder on your device:

On desktop:

1. Open Spotify > Settings

2. Scroll down to Offline song storage, and you'll see the location of your downloaded songs.

On Android:

Downloaded songs will be stored in Android/data/com.spotify.mobile.android.ui/files/spotifycache/Storage/.

Even though you can find where these downloaded Spotify songs are located, you can do nothing with these files. Spotify songs are encrypted by Ogg Vorbis instead of MP3. Namely you can't use these files without the support from Spotify and you can not play these files on other platforms.
