grammys 2018

The 60th annual Grammy Awards just concluded successfully on Sunday night with many surprises. Bruno Mars became the biggest winner with all six wins, including the top prizes of album, record and song of the year. The next most rewarded artist was Kendrick Lamar, who won five awards while four are from rap categories. Their victories came at the expense of Jay-Z, who entered as the top nominee of the night with eight nods but went home with empty hands. This year's Grammys show is also a political night. Famous faces like Camilla Cabello, Bono, Trevor Noah and even Hillary Clinton turned up to talk politics, with host James Corden poking fun at President Trump. And in the final performance of the night, rapper Logic capped things off with an impassioned speech that touched on both gender equality and immigration.
